Have you been told you have thin uterine lining? I have good news for you! This is something you can improve naturally with herbs and diet in as little as 1-3 menstrual cycles.

I’m a clinical herbalist (RH) and fertility awareness educator and provide guidance to help women improve their uterine lining, so they can maintain a conception. This includes women with not only thin uterine lining, but also severe scarring due to miscarriages and subsequent D&C procedures.

If a couple achieves fertilization of the egg, BUT the the uterine lining is thin, the fertilized egg doesn't have the best environment or ability to imbed in the uterine lining.

This can be improved naturally and quickly!

Herbal Supplementation*

  • Herbal extracts of Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis), Gotu Kola (Centella asiatica), Black Cohosh (Cimicifuga racemosa)
  • Nutritive herbal tonics to make herbal infusions with like nettle, red clover, red raspberry leaf

The combination of these herbs bring blood flow and energy to the uterus, and allow for repair and strengthening of the uterine lining and reduction of scar tissue.

Nutrition

  • Increase intake of healthy fats like bone broth, avocado, olive oil, butter / ghee, animal fats
  • Increase protein

A book recommendation for this is Real Food for Fertility by Lily Nichols and Lisa Hendrickson-Jack
